With almost 25 years at the coalface of numerous businesses, backed by my qualifications as a Master Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and NLP Coach, I am well qualified to help business owners and leaders to move past the overwhelm to get results FAST!
I have worked for roughly 30 years, almost 25 years of them in business, honing my sales, business, development and leadership skills. I started at my media company as a Personal Assistant and now I’m the CEO and owner.

MY WHY
Each of us have a seed inside of us. Maybe yours is a mustard seed, an apple seed, an olive, or an acorn. Coaching made me realise that. Coaching helped me unearth the acorns that would grow into mighty oaks, and the forest that is inside of me.
My mission lies in impacting entrepreneurs and businesses in order to create forward momentum. To help them create exponential success.
I want to have a business where I can make an impact, and if I can impact one business by making it more profitable, that ripple effect can have enormous impact. If we can actively help business be more profitable, they can employ more people and spend more money, helping end the cycle of poverty and uplifting and empowering people. Which creates a positive ripple effect in our communities, country and across the globe.

I am an internationally acclaimed, multi award-winning business owner that has been recognised for the contribution I’ve made in my areas of expertise over & over again.
Currently I am CEO of 2 businesses and have my feet firmly planted in the activities of both, so I understand what doing business is!
I have started businesses and grown them to multi 6 figures. The products I have grown have become leaders in their field and launched multiple spin-offs. Even though I’ve launched numerous successful projects, I’ve also had projects that breached and died in their infancy. All this while struggling to find my feet in love, life and business.
I am a strong entrepreneur, with the unusual combination of ideas, strategy, execution and a very strong sales and business development background.
Building your dream business
My ultimate passion is helping small to medium business owners and business leaders to fall in love with their life again, regain control of their businesses, their careers and their lives. I want to help entrepreneurs grow their business, identify the rub and resolve the pain points, to nurture and grow relationships and to develop the best businesses they can.
I am also a wife to an incredible husband, father and family man and working mom to a strong, warrior child, that I want to devote undivided attention to, but to whom I also want to show that life is vibrant and joyful! As I work on my legacy business, I have seasons of intense excitement and immense joy, but I also struggle with issues many people and many entrepreneurs deal with in a very tough working environment: criticism, balance, stress and anxiety.
To equip myself and others through these trying seasons, I decided a plan of action was needed. As so much of what we’re dealing with on a day-to-day basis takes root in our minds (from our health, to happiness, mindset, anxiety, stress management, resilience) I decided it was necessary to learn about the brain and the way we’re programmed and how we can change that programming. So I went and trained myself. I’m a Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programme) Practitioner & Coach, a Certified Master Life Coach, a Timeline Therapy Practitioner and all-round “I get the pain you’re in and I want to help you get out of it” person.
I help business owners out of their pain – to get clarity and direction they need and to develop a plan to grow their business, despite the economy or the shape of the business. I help businesses in 4 main areas: the organisation, the team, individuals, and profit / performance.
